The app offers a personal party countdown based on the chosen date, helping users stay on track with necessary tasks. It sends reminders for open tasks a month before the event, which can be customized. A preconfigured task list ensures nothing is overlooked, but can also be tailored to personal requirements. Push notifications conveniently remind users of outstanding tasks, making event planning easier and ensuring no details are forgotten.

The app simplifies the design and processing of the guest list. Users can constantly update the number of guests and use a three-color coded structure to categorize visitors (such as family, friends, etc).

An integrated expense calculator allows users to track total cost, fully and partially paid amounts, and amounts still payable. The expense planner can be customized by expanding or reducing categories.

The app computes expected quantities of drinks based on user input regarding the anticipated duration of the event, drinking behavior of guests, and types and proportions of drinks to be served. The guest list automatically provides the number of guests.

The party planner is versatile and suitable for planning various events such as birthdays, family parties, company events, jubilees, grill parties, and get-togethers among friends.

Users can share the status of their party preparations on Facebook and Twitter so guests can stay up-to-date.
